GDPR Notice: I use Theraplatform for scheduling and records, which is GDPR-compliant. The records that I keep include very basic personal information for contact and billing purposes, and brief descriptions of topics that we discuss in sessions. These descriptions are used to track progress and help me plan for sessions. If you contact me and we never schedule a session, or you schedule an initial appointment and either cancel or do not attend, I may keep the record for up to a year, in case of professional liability or future contact. After this point, I will delete records of contact that does not result in a counsellor-client relationship. If the contact includes sensitive information, I may choose to abbreviate my record of the contact. All information discussed with me will be kept confidential to the extent allowable by law. Further information on my privacy policies will be provided to clients.
